About program

Sessions cover warm-ups, fun drills from Tabata/dance/football/kickboxing/animal crawls/HIIT, and a group game, followed by a yoga-inspired cooldown.

What will be covered

  • Fitness sessions will incorporate activites which will improve the child's endurance, strength, cardio, agility, balance, speed, power, reaction time, flexibility, motor coordination, and problem solving skills.
