About program

Gentle Yoga Flow is beneficial for growing kids, that it creates a sense of calm, enhances their posture, opens their bodies, and is grounding for kids. The focus of this program will be to get moving in flow with the body.

What will be covered

  • This course will cover some low-intensity stretches, sun salutations, moving from one posture to another in a smooth flow.Counter posture to stretch-release their muscles, providing strength and stability.Last but not least- Relaxation(Shavasana).
Learning outcome

Children will learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment, which will help them navigate life's challenges with a little more ease. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a non-competitive physical activity. Fostering cooperation and compassion in them!

How to prepare
