About the course

Physical fitness helps to improve the overall wellbeing of a child. This program aims to create a platform for children to take part in an array of fitness activities while grooving to their favorite beats. The program will be conducted by expert dance fitness instructors who firmly believe in keeping students fit and healthy in all aspects of life - social, physical, mental and educational by incorporating the element of structural play to their drills and dance routines. These activities will enable your child to stay physically fit and mentally active which will reflect in their ability to function efficiently in all their day to day activities.

Learning outcome
